Fueled by the slight discomfort that accompanies vulnerability, Vancouver’s Sam Lynch channelled those feelings into her forthcoming album. It’s an exploration of self-discovery and those subtle-yet-profound moments of life.
Not My Body is the first breathtaking taste of the project. “I’ve been looking for the answers in the palm of these hands,” sings Lynch alongside the slow burn of lush instrumentation that undulates with the delicate morsels of insecurity and heartbreak.
The single is joined by a Lester Lyons-Hookham directed video featuring Lynch passing through with equally elegant visuals.
