Since Trevor James Tillery last appeared on these pages, he released the ‘Resolve_EP’ and has since been working on a new self-produced project with his fiancé and collaborator, James Michael Kelley. The first taste of his new project comes in the form of Stolen Thoughts.
Inspired by relentless distractions in this modern world and how it can lead to a lack of inspiration or loss of the muse, Stolen Thoughts is Tillery at his finest. It’s dark and atmospheric with wrinkled notes that stretch and crunch alongside Tillery’s crisp vocals, all in a Radiohead-esque fashion.
Tillery is expected to continue releasing singles over the course of the summer.
