In The Sky is the first single from three piece The Bloom’s forthcoming EP, and with it comes a video.
What began as an acoustic track morphed into a subtle indie pop single while retaining a folk twang. “I don’t try to write in any particular style I just go where the song takes me which is why there’s a pretty broad range of styles on this release,” explained guitarist/songwriter Luke Kordyl. And a broad range there is as the London based outfit kicks the track into rock territory with a raucous drum and a static field of veiled faces with decomposed minds and their ears to the ground.
