Gone Gone Beyond is a new electro-folk outfit assembled by producer David Block, a.k.a The Human Experience, and includes Cuban multi-instrumentalist Mel Seme (currently a finalist on Spain’s The Voice), raspy-voiced New York City songwriter Danny Musengo (Ludlow Thieves), and Santa Cruz-based singer Kat Factor. They released their debut album ‘Things Are Changing’ only a few weeks ago and have now shared a brand new single.
On Little Moon, male and female vocals trade between guitar plucks and then come together right before an unexpected rumble of bass. It’s a unique blend of haunting organic elements with tribal rhythms that’s both light and heavy. And it’s perfect for an array of moods and playlists.
