Since his One Day Love EP, the self taught Kultur has been steadily making a name for himself. Now, ahead of his Midnight Whispers release through Nowadays Records, he’s shared the sublime Unravel featuring Jessel Alejo.
Unravel seamlessely crosses between the dreamworld and reality with its smooth electro R&B soundscape. Kultur takes him time building the rich textures and let’s Alejo’s vocals act as the anchor until biting synths twist and pulsate in your core, and finally combust in frenetic energy as she tries to pull you from the darkness with a delicate restraint.
