The LA based, Vancouver born Sol Rising took this arresting original and elevated it to an otherworldly realm. While the original keeps you bound in place with its sombre ambiance and ethereal choir, Williams’ vocals shine through. For Sol Rising, he uses the vocals as a light to lead you through the dark path while the insane subs help those echoed vocals in escaping the darkness. Unless they make you melt from just how gorgeous it all is.
