Mars Reflects On Fake People With “Intentions”

Intentions is the latest single from Egypt-born, Doha, Qatar raised up and coming artist Mars.

Inspired by his feelings of isolation and alienation in a place that is neither his birth place, nor country of origin, Mars finds himself at a crossroad between different cultures and backgrounds. With these experiences, he tackles his trials and tribulations and his path to discovering and building his identity. “I used to have a lot of faith in people/ Until I got a preview/ You was an open book, but look, they got to read you/ The good don’t die young these days; they turn to evil/ This life is lethal,” he raps, detailing his issues with trust amongst friends and those in the local music scene as he tries to build up his career.

Listen to the wavy Intentions below and look out for Mars’ forthcoming project, Out Of Bounds EP.
