When I last covered my latest obsession, it was for his serene self directed video for Anywhere. Between then and two days ago, sovvave has released three tracks, one being Back To Me which feels like a climatic extension of Anywhere. Here, a larger soundscape of nuclear emotions fills the room with witch house inspired waves.
It’s difficult to feature one track and not another since before I could even get to the first, sovvave had dropped a new track. So do yourself a favour and go listen to the massive Velvet and Rave Girl as well. This is only the beginning of sovvave and you are witnessing the birth of something special.
