For the last two years, the five-piece rock group scrapes have toiled away at their follow up to their 2015 EP, “Top Of The Stairs”. The Halifax boys have just released their new self-titled project which is inspired by the East coast, lifelong friendships, and a mutual appreciation for cars.
How fitting then that the new EP opens with Drive Around the City. Honest vocals from the belly of the coast soar alongside a propulsive rhythm that doesn’t pause. It revs with a loud crash, hot and inflamed, with the windows down and your voice over the talk radio.
