Juliette & Johan are the Lyon, France-based duo behind KØS who after meeting two years ago, recently released their debut single Light & Shadow. Featuring a mix of folky guitars and a stomping stutter of drums, it shifts into this electronic-pop atmosphere with ephemeral harmonies that moan behind Juliette’s vocals that stretch and reach into the unknown darkness. In this darkness lies the duality of our selves. The peaceful and solemn, and the noxious heavy phantom.
