Following last year’s ‘We Have To Discover’ and ‘Home’, which Unknown Neighbour (Sascha Zemke) spoke out, the indie-folk artist returns with Million Miles. Serving as the opener off Zemke’s forthcoming EP, Zemke explores the distance that’s impacted us all during this turbulent year. Joining the single is a video produced by Zemke who offered:
“Working as a video producer is my second passion which is quite challenging in these lockdown times. But often limitations lead to the best ideas. In the video, I want to take you with me to the moment of vocal recording. During the production, this is the most special and often magical moment for me. The instruments are recorded, the song structure is final and I can completely focus on the vocals and feeling the moment. It’s a unique and emotional vibe and I always see the scenes in my mind’s eye that inspired the song. That moment is what we tried to capture.”
