LA newcomer Madi is a 17 year old producer/vocalist that you might recognize from Felix Snow’s Slow or KSHMR & Felix Snow’s Touch, which she recently remixed. As great as those two originals may be, Madi’s first self produced single, Lotus, is the real masterpiece here.
Written and produced in one night while in a state of vulnerability, Madi screamed random things into a mic and the end result is one beyond her years. Listen below as her restrained angelic vocals soar through light synths within a textured ambient cavern.
Talented beyond her years, if this is what one spontaneous night produces, imagine what else Madi is capable of. Whatever it is, we’ll be watching.
